REHM — Rapid Emotional Healing Method™

REHM is a gentle, trauma-informed  process designed to help release the emotional weight that lives in the body’s cells, fascia and nervous system. Instead of forcing you to relive painful memories, REHM works with your past stored feelings. The method guides you through five stages:

  • Target Creation — naming and rating what you feel
  • Reframing — shifting negative beliefs into new perspectives
  • LockIn — anchoring these healthier patterns
  • Crafting Your Future — envisioning life from this new space
  • Journaling for Insight — integrating your newfound wisdom through reflection

With REHM, people can uncover and dissolve the “little-t” traumas that quietly shape their lives, restoring calm, clarity, and emotional ease.

*Little “t” traumas are those that measure 0-7 on the Mindful Rating Scale. These are less intense, such as an argument with a loved one, a disrespectful event, or getting let go from your job.

* Bog “T” traumas are for more intense traumas on the scale like sexual assault, natural disasters, and the loss of a loved one.
